8月26日,温家宝总理主持召开国务院常务会议,研究部署抑制部分行业产能过剩和重复建设,引导产业健康发展. 会议指出,风电、多晶硅等新兴严业出现重复建设倾向.当前要重点加强对钢铁、水泥、平板玻璃、煤化工、多晶硅、风电设备等行业发展的指导.严格市场准人,对多晶硅等新兴产业要建立和完善准入标悲强化环境监管;严格依法依规供地用地;实行严格的有保有控的金融政策;建立信息发布制度.将通过实施这些调控手段,深化改革,从体制上解决产能过剩的深层次问题.

Current Status of Education of Deseriptive Geometry in Europe

In this paper the importance of eometry?and raphics?for the advancement of science and knowledge in 19th century is pointed out. Klein and Müller reform of geometry syllabus in 19th century and the education situation of Geometry and Graphics in Europe during the last third of 20th century are introduced. The problems of geometry and graphics education during the next decedes and six proposals are presented.
